Who We Are
Adrian Segura is a seasoned executive leader with a rich background in the nonprofit, government, and social impact sectors. His strategic approach adeptly tackles intricate challenges, consistently delivering innovative solutions that deeply connect with the diverse experiences of communities.
Adrian has held leadership roles in government and nonprofits. Known for a collaborative approach, innovative problem-solving, team leadership, and crisis management, Adrian is passionate about equity and committed to driving positive change, excelling in building relationships that align business objectives with stakeholder values, ensuring impactful results for missions that improve lives.
Adrian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePaul University. A civic leader, Adrian serves on the board of The Bloc, a Chicago nonprofit that offers students mentoring, academic support, boxing, and food pantry services. He is also a 2023 Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, and former Organizing for Action (formerly, Obama for America) Fellow.
